I suggest you start from #164- that's where the real story starts.
Before it's just some warmup, and you don't really need to read it, as one of the characters tells the short version of events to another in the later pages too.
Of course you're free to return to it after you're done with the current run.

3.2	shopping	122-129	Small world- Kate meets Margareth in a mall.
3.4	Robbery	130-140	A thief is surprised by Kate's reaction

Big Restart		Kate gets her memory back, and finds herself in the middle of another action sequence (gee, what is it with all these people trying to kill her?)

4.6	Brainwashing	251-267	Kate and Raven brainwash some poor guy, who just wanted to deliver Elizabeth's letter.
4.7	Special Delivery (2)	268-271	meanwhile Paul delivers his letter.
4.8	a couple of preparations	272-?	Everybody prepares for tommorow. It looks like it's going to be another busy day.
